Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made through Shade Patch (owned and used indistinctively with Sombra LLLP) and is effective as of the date posted.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) from the time the order is placed.

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Shipping rates are based on carriage fees determined by our carriers and may change at any time without prior notice.

  • Rates displayed at checkout reflect the current applicable charges for your order's weight, dimensions, and destination.

  • Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination of the order.

Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship within the United States and to select international destinations.

  • Some locations may be excluded due to carrier restrictions, customs regulations, or service limitations.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and instructions to monitor your shipment's progress.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

  • Shade Patch and Sombra LLLP are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.

  • If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date at hello@shadepatch.com for assistance.
